ROLENOL is a modern long-acting antiparasitic product designed for effective control of fasciolosis and other parasitic infestations in cattle, sheep, and goats. A single administration provides prolonged protection for up to 2 months, reducing the need for repeated treatments and minimizing stress in animals.

The product is rapidly absorbed after administration, strongly binds to plasma proteins (approximately 95%), and demonstrates high activity against both immature and adult stages of parasites.

SPECTRUM OF ACTIVITY:

COMPOSITION:
1 ml of the product contains:
• Closantel — 50 mg

INDICATIONS FOR USE:

Cattle:
• Fasciolosis
• Gastrointestinal nematodosis
• Hypodermosis

Sheep and goats:
• Distomatosis (fasciolosis)
• Gastrointestinal nematodosis
• Oestrosis

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Administer subcutaneously as a single dose.

Cattle:
• 0.5 ml per 10 kg body weight — for fasciolosis and nematodes
• 1 ml per 10 kg body weight — for severe fasciolosis

Sheep and goats:
• 1 ml per 10 kg body weight — for distomatosis
• 0.5 ml per 10 kg body weight — for oestrosis and nematodosis

(It is recommended to divide large doses and administer at multiple injection sites.)

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• Meat — 28 days
• Milk — 14 days

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store in a dark place at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C.

SHELF LIFE:
5 years from the date of manufacture.

PRESENTATION:
100 ml and 250 ml vials.
