Long-Acting Solution for Injection
Effective for up to 72 hours after a single injection

OXYTETRACYCLINE L.A. is a long-acting antibacterial product based on oxytetracycline, intended for the treatment of bacterial infections in farm animals. It ensures rapid achievement of therapeutic concentration and provides a stable antibacterial effect for up to 72 hours.

COMPOSITION:
1 ml of the product contains:
• Oxytetracycline (dihydrate) — 200 mg

INDICATIONS:

Cattle:
Bronchopneumonia, metritis, mastitis, pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, mycoplasmosis, anaplasmosis, keratoconjunctivitis, enteritis, transport syndrome.

Sheep and goats:
Respiratory infections, chlamydiosis, pasteurellosis, arthritis, brucellosis, infectious abortion, enteritis, postoperative and wound infections.

Swine:
Bronchopneumonia, enteritis, gastroenteritis, pasteurellosis, MMA syndrome.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Administer intramuscularly as a single injection:
• 1 ml per 10 kg body weight.

In severe cases, a repeat injection may be administered after 72 hours.

Maximum volume per injection site:
• Cattle — up to 20 ml
• Swine — up to 10 ml
• Sheep and goats — up to 5 ml

INTERACTIONS:
Do not use simultaneously with bactericidal antibiotics of the penicillin group.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• Meat — 22 days
• Milk — 3 days (6 milkings)

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store protected from light at a temperature of +5 to +25°C.

SHELF LIFE:
3 years from the date of manufacture.
Slight darkening of the product may occur and does not affect efficacy.

PRESENTATION:
100 ml and 250 ml vials.
