COMPOSITION (PER 1 ML):
• Penicillin G (procaine) — 200,000 IU
• Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate — 250 mg
• Betamethasone — 0.5 mg
• Chlorpheniramine maleate — 8 mg
• Procaine hydrochloride — 15 mg

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Combined systemic antibacterial product. Procaine penicillin G provides prolonged antibacterial activity, while dihydrostreptomycin enhances efficacy against a broad range of pathogens.
Chlorpheniramine exerts antihistaminic and desensitizing effects, improving respiratory function. Betamethasone reduces inflammation and edema.

INDICATIONS:
Cattle, swine, horses, sheep, goats, dogs, cats.
For the treatment of bacterial infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the penicillin + dihydrostreptomycin combination.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Administer intramuscularly.

Recommended dose — 1–1.5 ml per 10 kg body weight for 3–4 days.

Approximate daily doses:
• Cattle, horses — 15–25 ml/day
• Swine — 10–12 ml/day
• Dogs, cats — 0.5–2 ml/day

The dose should be determined by a veterinarian.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
• Meat — 30 days
• Milk — 3 days (6 milkings)

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
Use at the end of pregnancy in cattle may accelerate parturition.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:
Store in a dry place protected from light at +5°C to +25°C.

SHELF LIFE:
2 years.
