Suspension for oral administration

SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES

Ingredients:
Toltrazuril — 50 mg.
Solvent up to 1 ml.

Purpose:
Cattle (calves), pigs (piglets), sheep (lambs).

Prevention and treatment of eimeriosis:
Newborn piglets in farms affected by eimeriosis caused by Isospora suis.
Calves in farms affected by eimeriosis caused by Eimeria bovis and E. zuernii, and reduction of the number of eimeria excreted into the environment.
Lambs in farms affected by eimeriosis caused by Eimeria crandallis and E. ovinoidalis, and reduction of the number of eimeria excreted into the environment.

Dosage and method of administration:
Espacox 5% is administered orally to animals, individually, once in the following doses:
Piglets: 20 mg of toltrazuril per 1 kg of body weight (0.4 ml of suspension per 1 kg of body weight), no more than 0.5 ml per animal.
Calves from two weeks of age: 15 mg of toltrazuril per 1 kg of body weight (3 ml of suspension per 10 kg of body weight). Treatment is carried out until clinical signs of eimeriosis appear.
Lambs: 20 mg of toltrazuril per 1 kg of body weight (0.4 ml of oral suspension per 1 kg of body weight). Treatment is carried out until clinical signs of eimeriosis appear.

Recommendations for use:
Shake the suspension well before use.
For maximum preventive effect and reduction of oocysts, the drug is administered before the first clinical signs of the disease appear in the herd.

Contraindications:
Increased individual sensitivity of animals to the components of the drug.
Do not use in lactating cows due to excretion of the drug in milk.
Do not use in adult ruminants (cattle, sheep) with developed forestomachs.
Withdrawal period (waiting period):
Meat:
Piglets: 56 days.
Calves: 63 days.
Lambs: 42 days.

Storage:
Store in a dry, dark place inaccessible to children at a temperature between 0 and +25°C.

Expiration date:
5 years
Shelf life after first opening (sampling): 3 months.

Form of release:
Polyethylene bottles of 250 ml and 1 liter.
