COMPOSITION:

INDICATIONS:
Treatment and prevention of parasitic diseases in cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs caused by nematodes and ectoparasites:
-
- Cattle: Gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, eyeworms, warble fly larvae (Hypoderma spp.), lice, mange mites.
- Sheep, goats, camels: Gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, mange mites.
- Pigs: Gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, kidney worms, mange mites.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES:
Doramectin is a macrocyclic lactone and a semi-synthetic derivative of avermectins. The product is highly effective against nematodes, insects, and other parasites. Doramectin binds to receptors in the neuromuscular cells of parasites, increasing membrane permeability to chloride ions, which leads to paralysis and death of the parasites.
The prolonged action of the product lasts up to twice as long compared to other ivermectin-based products.
DOSAGE:
Cattle:

- 1 ml per 50 kg body weight, administered subcutaneously as a single dose.
Sheep, goats, camels:
-
- 1 ml per 50 kg body weight, administered intramuscularly as a single dose.
Pigs:
-
- 1 ml per 33 kg body weight, administered intramuscularly as a single dose.
If the required dose exceeds 10 ml, divide it into two injection sites.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

- Meat: 50 days after the last administration.
WARNINGS:
-
- Do not use in lactating females whose milk is intended for human consumption.
- Do not use in pregnant cows and heifers within 60 days prior to calving.
- No restrictions for use in pregnant or lactating sows.
PRESENTATION:

- 100 ml and 500 ml vials.
SHELF LIFE:
3 years. Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures between +8°C and +30°C.
