Composition:
1 ml of the drug contains:
D-cloprostenol (in the form of sodium salt) — 0.075 mg.
Chlorocresol — 1 mg.
Purpose:
Cows, sows, mares.
Dosage and method of application:
Use intramuscularly only.
Cows: 0.150 mg of cloprostenol (2 ml of the drug).
Weak signs of estrus, induction and synchronization of estrus: after diagnosis of the corpus luteum.
Induction of labor: from 270 days of pregnancy.
Synchronization of estrus: 2 times with an interval of 11 days.
Functional disorders of the ovaries: after diagnosis of persistent corpus luteum.
Endometritis and pyometra: once, repeat after 10 days if necessary.
Termination of pregnancy: in the first half of pregnancy.
Mummification of the fetus: once.
Postpartum uterine diseases: once, repeat 1-2 times if necessary.
Combined therapy for follicular cysts: no earlier than 10-14 days after administration of HCG or LHRH.
Mares:
The recommended dose is 0.075 ml of D-cloprostenol (1 ml of the drug).
Induction of estrus: after confirmation of the presence of the corpus luteum.
Induction of labor: from 320 days of pregnancy.
Insemination schedule: twice with an interval of 14 days, artificial insemination on the 19th and 21st day after the first injection.
Long intervals between estrus cycles: injection to restore the estrous cycle.
Termination of false pregnancy: to restore ovarian function.
Absence of estrous cycle during lactation: on days 20–22 after birth.
Early embryonic mortality: upon confirmation of the presence of the corpus luteum.
Sows:
Recommended dose — 0.075 ml of D-cloprostenol (1 ml of the drug).
Induction of labor: from 112 days of pregnancy.
Interaction:
Do not administer together with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
The activity of other labor-stimulating drugs may be enhanced.
Warnings:
Do not administer to females during pregnancy, except in cases of induction of labor or abortion.
Do not administer to mares with respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases.
Withdrawal period (waiting period):
Cattle:
Meat — 0 days.
Milk — 0 hours.
Sows:
Meat — 1 day.
Mares:
Do not use in animals whose meat is intended for human consumption.
Storage:
Store in a dry place protected from light at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
Shelf life:
2 years from the date of manufacture.
Once opened, the bottle should be used within 28 days.
Form of release: 20 ml bottles.
