The product is resistant to \u03b2-lactamases, including penicillinase. After administration, cefquinome blood levels increase rapidly. The elimination half-life is 9 hours in swine and 2.5 hours in cattle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The product is administered intramuscularly:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Cattle:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">o 1 mg per 1 kg body weight or 2 ml per 50 kg body weight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Swine:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">o 2 mg per 1 kg body weight or 2 ml per 25 kg body weight for 3 days (for MMA syndrome \u2014 2 days).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Dogs and cats:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">o 0.1 ml per 1 kg body weight daily for 5 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Shake the vial thoroughly before use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>CONTRAINDICATIONS:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u2022 Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins and \u03b2-lactam antibiotics.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">\u2022 Do not use in animals weighing less than 1.25 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>ADVERSE REACTIONS:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">When used according to instructions, no adverse effects are observed.
