Suspension for Injection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

COMPOSITION:<\/strong><\/span>
\n1 ml of the product contains:<\/span>
\n\u2022 Procaine benzylpenicillin \u2014 120,000 IU (120 mg)<\/span>
\n\u2022 Benzathine benzylpenicillin \u2014 80,000 IU (61.21 mg)<\/span>
\n\u2022 Dihydrostreptomycin sulfate \u2014 200,000 IU (200 mg)<\/span><\/p>\n

Excipients: procaine hydrochloride, sodium methyl parahydroxybenzoate, sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, povidone, sorbitol 70% non-crystallizing, disodium edetate, sodium carmellose, sodium citrate, sodium metabisulfite, disodium hydrogen phosphite pentahydrate, sodium dithionite, water for injection.<\/span><\/p>\n

INDICATIONS FOR USE:<\/strong><\/span>
\nTreatment of horses, cattle, swine, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats for diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to benzylpenicillin and dihydrostreptomycin, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

o Otitis, peritonitis, mastitis, meningitis<\/span>
\no Leptospirosis, actinomycosis, erysipelas<\/span>
\no Actinobacillosis, polyarthritis, septicemia<\/span>
\no Respiratory diseases (bronchopneumonia, rhinitis, laryngitis, pasteurellosis)<\/span>
\no Genitourinary diseases (pyelonephritis, nephritis, endometritis)<\/span>
\no Skin and soft tissue infections<\/span>
\no Postoperative treatment to prevent infections during the recovery period<\/span><\/p>\n

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES:<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Benzylpenicillin is a \u03b2-lactam antibiotic with a broad bactericidal spectrum against Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms, including Streptococcus<\/em> spp., Staphylococcus<\/em> spp., Pasteurella<\/em> spp., Corynebacterium<\/em> spp., and others.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Dihydrostreptomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic active against E. coli<\/em>, Salmonella<\/em> spp., Leptospira<\/em> spp., Staphylococcus aureus<\/em>, and other bacteria.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Synergistic action: the combination of benzylpenicillin and dihydrostreptomycin provides broad-spectrum bactericidal activity.<\/span><\/p>\n

DOSAGE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Cattle:<\/strong><\/span>
      \no 5\u201310 ml per 100 kg body weight (for respiratory diseases \u2014 5 ml per 100 kg) once daily.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Horses, swine, sheep, goats:<\/strong><\/span>
      \no 5 ml per 50 kg body weight once daily.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Dogs and cats:<\/strong><\/span>
      \no 0.5 ml per 5 kg body weight once daily.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Treatment course: 3 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 Meat: animals may be slaughtered 30 days after the last administration.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Milk: may be used for human consumption 5 days after the last administration.<\/span><\/p>\n

      CONTRAINDICATIONS:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 Hypersensitivity to benzylpenicillin or dihydrostreptomycin.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Do not use in animals with impaired renal function.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Do not administer intravenously.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Do not use in rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, or gerbils.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Do not use simultaneously with tetracyclines or other aminoglycosides.<\/span><\/p>\n

      ADVERSE REACTIONS:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 Possible allergic reactions, including anaphylactic shock, urticaria, and edema.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Rapid administration may cause cardiovascular disturbances.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 Symptoms of procaine intolerance (tremor, vomiting, fever) are frequently observed.<\/span><\/p>\n

      INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 Do not use simultaneously with other antibiotics, particularly tetracyclines and aminoglycosides.<\/span><\/p>\n

      STORAGE:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 Store in a dark, dry place at a temperature from 2\u00b0C to 8\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n

      SHELF LIFE:<\/strong><\/span>
      \n\u2022 2 years from the date of manufacture.<\/span>
      \n\u2022 After first opening \u2014 28 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

      PRESENTATION:<\/strong><\/span>
