Composition
1 ml of the drug contains: enrofloxacin — 100 mg.
Appointment
Pigs: treatment of animals suffering from bronchopneumonia, pneumonia, enteritis, colibacteriosis, salmonellosis, mycoplasmosis caused by microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacin, as well as secondary infections.
Chickens, broiler chickens, turkeys, geese and ducks: treatment of poultry suffering from mycoplasmosis, chronic respiratory infections, colibacteriosis, pasteurellosis, salmonellosis, staphylococcosis campylobacteriosis caused by microorganisms sensitive to enrofloxacin.
Rabbits: treatment of animals with respiratory diseases caused by microorganisms (Pasteurellamultocida and E. soli) sensitive to enrofloxacin.
Dosage and method of administration
Orally with drinking water in doses:
poultry (chickens, broiler chickens, turkeys, geese and ducks),
pigs and rabbits—0.1 ml of the product per 1 kg of body weight (10 mg enrofloc-sacin per 1 kg of body weight) or0.5 l of the product per 1000 l of drinking water for 3 days.
For the treatment of salmonellosis and pasteurellosis, the course of treatment is 5 days. The weight of animals and poultry must be determined as accurately as possible to avoid insufficient dosage. The drinking water needs of animals and poultry depend on the clinical condition and season. To ensure accurate dosage, it is necessary to take into account the daily water consumption of animals and poultry. The solution with the drug should be the only source of water during treatment. It must be replaced every 24 hours.
Contraindications
Do not use the drug in animals and poultry with increased sensitivity to enrofloxacin, as well as in animals and poultry with liver and kidney failure.
Do not use in animals and poultry with signs of diseases of the central nervous system, as well as with insufficient development of cartilage and bone tissues.
Do not use in laying hens whose eggs are used for human consumption.
Do not use simultaneously with tetracycline drugs, macrolides (erythromycin), chloramphenicol, theophylline.
Do not use for preventive purposes, as well as when resistant strains of the pathogen are detected.
Withdrawal period (carencia)
Meat:
Poultry and pigs —4 days;
Rabbits — 3 days.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool, light-protected place at temperatures from +5°С to +25°С.
Shelf life 3 years.
After dissolving the drug in water, such a solution must be used within 24 hours.
After the first selection from the bottle, the drug must be used within 3 months.
